Just got the sense that, January is the good time to meet people. It is so easy to open up conversation. People just got back from Holiday, and the easiest one to open conversation is just to ask: Where were you on the last Holiday?

Depends on their answer, you might be able to expand the conversation, if you happens to know more on the place he/she went. Or he/she might asked you back about your Holiday, and might just do the same. Then you have a conversation.

Just did that to at least 3 person this morning, and the results is not disappointing. Probably got to make few call to get to know more people, and expand my network .

I have wrote several time in the past, and has come to the conclusion that, I hate 1 January. The new year marks the end of the month of December, which for me is the month of celebration. The aura of Christmas is everywhere, the shopping mall, CD shop, Starbucks, and also in the office.

Last year has been nice, but tough year, with all my study and work. Yet, quoting Batman Begins I watched last night, the reason we fall is so that we can stand up and get back to our feet. So, after 2 tough and challenging year, I wish that this year will be my come back, where I can again stand on my feet.

Yeah, such a simple wish…. Happy New Year everyone….
